Réseau des Caisses Populaires du Burkina (RCPB)

The Burkina Popular Savings and Credit Network (RCPB), a pioneer in microfinance in Burkina Faso, is a savings cooperative movement founded in 1972. It is based on the principles of solidarity to promote the socioeconomic development of the population. Led by Ms. Azaratou SONDO/NIGNAN, Secretary General of COGEF Centre, the RCPB has been a member of the employers’ association since 2024.

Mission

The mission of the RCPB is to contribute to improving the living conditions of its members as well as those of the community through:

• Mobilizing local savings;
• Developing reliable and profitable cooperative savings and credit enterprises;
• Promoting accessible and suitable financial services;
• Administering and managing democratically in accordance with cooperative rules and principles.
